Would you like to play a central part in the delivery of the council’s ambitious action plan to tackle the Climate and Ecological Emergencies? As a member of our award-winning Climate and Environmental Sustainability Team, within the new Green Transformation Service you will manage the key cooperate green transformation programme management functions that track progress against the council’s net zero and nature positive commitments.
About the Role
The role reports to the Team Manager for Climate and Environmental Sustainability and will involve:
Performance analysis, risk and reporting
Action planning and service development
Communicating performance and developing capability
The team has a blended work pattern which allows for both home working and office-based working. Therefore, IT equipment will be provided to allow you to work successfully in both environments.

Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes’ walk away.
