We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to work on an exciting project to redesign our public facing website.
Ideally you will have an understanding of GDS styles and design patterns.
You will have proven experience as a copywriter or content developer / writer.
Experience working on agile projects is beneficial but not a necessity.
You will have a close eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
You'll work as part of a project team, working with user researchers, designers and developers to build content and digital products to improve the way the Council provides information and transactional online services.
You'll be adept in stakeholder management, comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders to ensure content meets user needs as effectively as possible.
You'll also thrive working within a fast-paced agile project team to deliver iterative solutions and be comfortable making strategic decisions to drive a product forward, and be adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
