Combe Lea Community Resource Centre is a residential care home based in Midsomer Norton; we are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator.
The post is front of house, meeting and greeting and general day to day admin, we are looking for someone who can develop appropriate and professional relationships with residents, including those living with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
You will work under the direction of the home manager and will be required to support team members in maintaining accurate files, distribution of forms and other administrative processes to ensure that all personal information is maintained in a secure environment, in accordance with the GDPR Act, and within Caldicott guidelines.
You will need to be proactive in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of contacts including managers, external clients and suppliers.
