We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our team based in Bathwick, Bath who will strive to support individuals to retain independence and stay in control of their lives.
This role is for waking nights and the shifts are from 9.30pm to 8am the following day. The rota will require you to work every other weekend with some bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.
The successful applicant will join a well-established team to deliver high quality care to individuals in their own homes.
We promote and maintain a supportive living environment to meet the needs of older adults including those with dementia and younger adults with disabilities.
St Johns Court offer’s a vibrant community atmosphere centrally located in Bath which is easily accessible via public transport or car.
As an Extra Care Night Support Worker, you will:
Previous experience of working in care is essential to this role as is the commitment to deliver high quality care.
