We are looking for casual Shift Leader to work across our Extra Care Services in Bath & North East Somerset.
The role is to cover shifts which include early starts (starting at 7.30am) and late shifts (ending at 10.15pm) including weekends and bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.
The role forms part of the management team to ensure the provision of holistic person-centred care and practical support is delivered as determined by the assessed needs of tenants, to enable individuals to live as independently as possible with dignity and choice.
We promote and maintain a supportive living environment to meet the needs of vulnerable older adults including those with dementia.
