We have a vacancy at the Roman Baths for a Visitor Experience Supervisor to join our award-winning Front of House team. The Roman Baths welcomes around 1 million visitors, and we are passionate about providing engaging experiences that bring family and friends together to create memories that will last a lifetime. This is an ideal opportunity to join our team working in a busy, enjoyable, unique historical environment.
The primary purpose of this post is to ensure the smooth delivery of all front-of-house staffing activities; visitor experience; and to supervise the day-to-day business operations at the Roman Baths, putting visitors at the heart of everything we provide and creating unforgettable experiences.
Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a very friendly manner and excellent customer care and communication skills. Experience of supervising is essential, as is substantial till experience. Experience of working in a visitor attraction or museum would be helpful as would an interest in history.
Full training and a uniform will be provided.
