We are looking for a waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Cleeve Court Dementia Care Home in Bath.
This role involves caring for 46 older adults living with dementia over two floors, Kelston Rise and Lansdown View, with three other colleges. Providing personal care, ensuring residents health, safety and wellbeing needs are met to a high standard. You are expected to undertake hourly checks of residents, supporting residents throughout the night if they are awake, dealing with emergency situations as well as cleaning duties. The working pattern is from 10pm -8am with ½ hour unpaid break.
This is a challenging but rewarding role. Previous experience of working in care would be desirable, but a commitment to deliver compassionate quality care is essential.
