We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team based in Keynsham, Bristol who will strive to support individuals to retain independence and stay in control of their lives.
This role will be on a part time basis averaging 19.25 hours per week on a fixed 4-week rota.
Hawthorn Court provides Extra Care Housing for adults, who have some care needs, with an assured tenancy in a self-contained flat in a purpose-built or adapted scheme.
As an Extra Care support worker you will:
Hawthorn Court offers a vibrant community atmosphere located in Keynsham, Bristol 5 mins walk from the local Highstreet. Site easily accessible by public transport or car (limited on-site parking available).
