Hours: Variable options starting at 21 hours (3 days) per week; 24/28 hours (4 days) per week and a maximum of 30/35 (5 days per week). All contracts include working 3 weekends our of 4 and some late nights.
We are seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our award-winning Front of House team this Summer. The Roman Baths welcomes around 1 million visitors, and we are passionate about providing engaging experiences that bring family and friends together to create memories that will last a lifetime.
This is an ideal opportunity to join our team with varying contract options, working in a busy, enjoyable, unique historical environment.
Duties include welcoming and engaging with our visitors, managing visitor entry, selling tickets and guidebooks, issuing and collecting audio guides, patrolling the site, security invigilation and giving guided tours.

Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a very friendly manner and excellent customer care and communication skills. Experience of operating tills is essential and the ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage. Experience of working in a visitor attraction or museum would be helpful as would an interest in history.
